BlendPDF ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect when you use our PDF tools and how we use it.
Data we collect
When you use our site we may collect: (1) Files you upload—processed in memory and deleted within 1 hour; (2) Usage data—e.g. device type, IP, pages visited; (3) If you use Google Drive: access to files you select, only to run the tool you chose; (4) Email address—if you choose to subscribe, we collect your email to send updates, tips, and Trustpilot review requests. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and storage
We use essential cookies and local storage for session state (e.g. language preference, tool state). We may use analytics cookies to improve the service. You can control cookies via your browser.
Google Drive
When you connect Google Drive, we use OAuth to access only the files you pick. We use this access solely to perform the action you requested (e.g. merge, convert). We do not store your Google data; processing is done in memory and files are not retained.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not keep copies. Logs and analytics data may be retained for a limited period for security and product improvement.
