By using BlendPDF ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
BlendPDF provides online PDF tools (merge, compress, convert, etc.) for personal and lawful use. You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to upload malicious content. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the tools at your own risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlendPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your files. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or zero if the service is free).
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute malware, violate privacy, or circumvent security. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload.
